Yes. FastForward and Punch values export in FCPXML files for Final Cut Pro. 

Can I still keep silences to be cut in FCPXML?

Yes. Go into settings, and select 'Create Splits but don't delete detected silence.'

Do you have punch in / punch out? 

Yes. Press 'P' to Punch in on any scene. Punch values carry over in FCPXML exports.

Potential Errors:

1. 'Edits are outside frame boundary.' Just click OK. 

2. 'The XML Document Could not be Imported.' FCPX cannot find the file. Causes:

- File name has an odd character mark such as "#" or "&"

- Try and move the file to another drive or closer to top of folder structure

Sync Issue

Look at the file extension name output by TimeBolt XML. Your FPS is shown in the file name. Did you record at a standard FPS?

Also, make sure your 'detect silences shorter than' in settings is .2 or higher.
