HOW TO PUNCH

Simply Right click on any scene on the timeline. Select the zoom amount, and where to focus. 

Use keyboard shortcuts to do it even FASTER:

• 'P' to cycle zoom amount
• 'ALT' or 'Option' + Arrow keys to select zoom area
