Export project as a single MP4 in Camtasia

Start a new Camtasia project

    1. Import saved MP4
    2. Make sure ‘Create as a Standalone Project’ is selected
    3. Save as Comproj file
    4. Then add saved mp4 to TimeBolt

Get Settings Right

DB level set from -30 to -40db. Almost always.

Remove silences longer than .2 to .5 sec

Ignore detections keep at .75 sec to cut random noise.

Left Pad .01 - .15 sec

Right Pad .12 - .15 sec always to prevent cutoff of long 's' / 'p' sounds.

Cut or keep any scene or word

Click ‘L’ to start / speed up the playhead.

Click ’O’ to turn scenes on / off

Click ’S’ to split the timeline

Export 

    1. Select Export as TCSPROJ 
    2. Select the same CMPROJ file saved in Step 2
    3. Click open and the new cuts override the file

Double click the new file from within TimeBolt to open the project in Camtasia
